Our Investment Strategy

Our investment strategy is to provide financing to borrowers seeking to acquire or invest in mispriced assetts, primarily caused by market dislocations and distressed situations. We target what we consider a niche space within the market, funding transactions that are considered "too small" by large, institutional money managers, and "too large" for individual investors.

We perform extensive due diligence on each transaction, and close only on those investments that offer above average, calculated risk-adjusted returns. Current targeted investments include:

  • Short-term senior debt
  • Submordinate debt or mezzanine financing for residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Ground-up construction financing
  • Value-add real estate acquisitions
  • Co-investment with other real estate investment firms, or direct investment in those firms
